Yes! I kept thinking how do you know the first expedition didn't come out in the mouth of a volcano? Maybe you future guys have been sending people to their doom for decades. At least SG-1 would send that little malp thing through first.

I was a little disappointed that the teenagers (or sixers, I don't remember) hinted that the pictures on the rocks were drawn by the leader's missing son. When I first saw them, I thought, "Squee, they are totally going off the deep end and these are left by aliens!" But no. Just a disgruntled son.
The kids came across The Probe. Sister Maddy explained how they sent it back ... suppose it should have had some sensors that could send information back. Which, of course, raises the issue of being able to send messages to the future.
Theresa, I was hoping that - this being an alternate timeline - the pictures on the rocks had been left by someone who'd evolved ahead of humans and that they'd be in competition with Them.
I thought it was good fun. I will probably keep watching. I feel like I'm OK with everything that probably won't make any sense to me, and I won't even notice much that shouldn't.

I don't understand why the wife can have a non-USian accent and the husband cannot. Because that Irish accent would add alot to look forward to.
Right, and who is to say what a US accent would be in the 2149 or whenever it's supposed to take place?

My Netflix account is on hold and iTunes is obscenely expensive. Is there anywhere else to catch up on Fringe legally?
