It's possible that he's in the land of perpetual Wednesday, or the crazy melty land, or you know, the world without shrimp.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I am totally calling dibs on "Stormageddon" as my firstborn's in utero nickname.

It was very nice, if a bit much with beating the Cybermen through love.

Another "Dad's Love" story, which, now that we have confirmation that it was River in the suit (It seemed too obvious, but it was still my best explanation), I think will be significant. I don't know how, exactly, but I expect that Rory will save the day with the Power of Paternal Love.

I fear that this will end up meaning that Melody never becomes (became?) River* because that ties together a lot of threads for the season. We still haven't resolved Something's Weird With Amy's Timeline/Backstory, though

* By which I mean that she grows up/will grow up as Melody with her parents instead. Time travel plays havok with tenses. I bet Gallifreyan has 20.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Doctor Who: Wasn't the Doctor that died 200 years older? So has he been wandering around the universe for 200 years without Rory and Amy?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

And how can "tomorrow" be the day the Doctor dies? HE HAS A TIME MACHINE.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Select the best answer. 2pts each.

And how can "tomorrow" be the day the Doctor dies?

A)It's a "fixed point"
B)Otherwise, there'd be a paradox
C)Wibbly-Wobbly Timey-Wimey
D)Because he's the Doctor, and he says so.
E)Because the season arc requires it.
