Whereas I much preferred last night's goofiness and running around being chased by monsters to last week's WTFness and rage-making character choices.
I liked the idea of the cuckoo child, and the dolls were creepy in just the right way, and the resolution was fairly pat but worked for me. Pretty standard Who fare, but I enjoyed it.

According to imdb, maybe Outcasts or Ashes to Ashes?
I loved Danny Mays so much in the last season of Ashes to Ashes, that when I heard he was going to be on DW, I thought, "Maybe he'll play a new regeneration of the Master." He would've been the perfect foil to Matt Smith's Doctor. But I liked his part last night, too. Very sweet.
That dress is definitely fabulous. I don't even want to think about how much effort and time that would have taken!
