I don't want to throw any of my theories out into where things that are not my brain have to deal with them, because I'm usually dead wrong and then horribly embarrassed, and I get enough of that.
I'm going to try to be open-minded, though, because I can't pinpoint WHY she just bugged me so much. I've liked everyone else who has basically ever appeared on the show, so I can't see why I'd stop now.

Finally got caught up completely on Alphas and I must say I loved the Gary and Bill show this latest episode. I already thought Gary rocked, and this episode modulated Bill a whole lot for me. I'm still a bit meh on the other three on the team, but they have their moments.
I am psyched by the previews for next week with the special guest star.
SyFy is driving me BATTY with the not having Eureka online to view!! My Tivo deleted the 8/1 ep and it's still not on Syfy.com or Hulu, so I'm now THREE weeks behind. (It might be on Hulu Plus, but I'm not going to pay to find out.) Are they delaying eps for a month now? It used to be 8 days.
That is a real change.
Maybe they are just trying to realistically portray a dry drunk, and wouldn't know subtlety if it walked up and bit 'em on the chin.

I realize this is a rhetorical question, but do content providers not understand that if I can't catch up with a missed ep online, I can't watch any of the new eps on TV either???
Argh. So stupid.
BSG question: We've been making our way through and are up to "Islanded in a Stream of Stars". Is it worth watching the "extended/unrated" version on the DVD instead of the aired version? And what does"unrated" mean, anyway? It's not like they show boobies or anything, right?
Unrated just means that it hasn't been rated since it's DVD-only.
