Don't we have strong reason to believe that Amy's baby is the little girl from the season opener? Are/Were the Silence using Gangers? But that would require them to have time-travel, which, being parasitic, they shouldn't (at least not from humans [yet]). My brain hurts. I feel the need for a whiteboard.
