I'm supposed to deliver you to the Master now. There's this whole deal where I get to be immortal. Are you cool with that?

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I spent the Fringe episode loving Astrid. I hope this means she isn't going to die.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I didn't even think of that! I just thought he ended up in the dystopian future of our universe! I don't see why a third universe would be on a shifted timeline. I don't even know what the hell is going on. What does the Machine do, then? I thought it would just turn off or something.

P-C is me. It reminded both TCG and I of the end of the SCC.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I kind of wish you hadn't brought that possibility up, Theo.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Well, at least it's only a 6-hour (or so) difference instead of, what was it last year? Two weeks?

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I kind of wish you hadn't brought that possibility up, Theo.

I second that emotion. I don't want anything bad to happen to either version!

Speaking of things I don't want to happen: if Red!Broyles doomed his universe by helping Olivia get home, I will be very upset.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I just watched this week's Fringe.

I have my own crack-addled theory:

When Peter first woke up he believed that he lived in New York and that his father was the Sec. of Defense, that there was a pawn shop at Lex & whatever. After he enters the machine he winds up somewhere that the date is post 2021, but has a Fringe Division and he is recognized as Agent Bishop.

What if it IS a third universe where his father healed him when he was a child AND became Sec. of Defense?

So, when he first woke up, he was connected to the third Peter. And that is where the machine sent his mind.

I think he wasn't in Walternate's universe long enough to believe that was "home". And we know that the second Peter died as a child, so that is why I think that there is a Third Peter out there, who doesn't know about the first or second one.
