IIRC, Razor was the view from the Pegasus, so after S2 would work. But, I could be wrong. (My sister has my S1-S3 dvds, and I'm going to bring them back when I see her after Easter.)

No idea. They may be experimenting with on-line delivery models. I quit viewing shows on the ABC website a while ago because I didn't like the TOS for their media-player.

Speaking of which, yesterday on the train I was watching the last Christmas special. A guy sitting next to me poked me and asked what I was watching, which I considered pretty rude. But he was a Who fan and was asking what episode that was, so that mitigated some of the rudeness for me.
He was surprised I was watching it because he thought Doctor Who wasn't popular in the US. He was surprised when I told him the show's been pretty popular here since they restarted in '05.
