Yeah, the show pretty much leaves it hanging.
What gets me about "Moebius" is that the original-timeline SG-1 dies in Egypt 5,000 years ago. Horribly. There's no happy ending there, they all die, and the SG-1 we see at the end of the episode are not the originals.
Only those writers could make that storyline into something happy-go-lucky: they regularly missed the tragedy of the stories they were telling.
I finished my re-watch of Fringe S1. Man, I love this show. When it first aired I loved Walter and Astrid from the start, but it took a while to warm to Olivia. On re-watch, I have no idea why. Anna Torv was spot on right from the start.
I noticed so many more things this time through, including a lot of Observer appearances. Remember the little, feral, empath boy? Anyone else think he's a wee baby Observer? I wonder if we'll see him again.

Actually, they made me sad more often than I'd have expected of the show. Given how much they killed their leads (in whatever guise), I still got fairly worked up about it.
They named a short list of things to check up on, but who knows how many other things were out of whack? I wish I'd seen part 1, because I didn't remember enough about how the dissonance came into being.

No, I'm not watching. I'm just reading recaps. But I did watch the ep where he was introduced, and now I'm kinda sadface. But, seeing as I never got over what they did (and undid, or whatever) to Lex, my expectations are low.
They brought Lionel back from a different dimension.
I won't rest or forgive them until they fix Lex. And seeing as MR keeps saying he won't come back, well, I guess they're just going to have to keep crying in their Cheerios at my lack of love for them.
I've watched the first four episodes of Torchwood now, and I think I like it? It's so different from Doctor Who, and I won't have a real opinion until I finish the season, I think, but so far so good.
I've also seen through episode 1x16 of Farscape and I'm really enjoying it! 1x14 ("Jeremiah Crichton" was sort of terrible but the fantastic commentary with everyone panning it more than made up for it.
So thanks again for the recommendations, all! I probably would have gotten around to Doctor Who/Torchwood eventually, but I don't think it ever would have occurred to me to watch Farscape.
zuisa, it's been pretty cool seeing your reactions to the stuff you have been watching.
I just finished up S4 in my Farscape rewatch this weekend. Man, that poor season. So much potential, and yet! At least I know this time that there's the miniseries to look forward to.
At least Season 4 had Hot to Katrazi with Aeryn's line "It's the hat."
