Well, we may not have parted on the best of terms. I realize certain words were exchanged. Also, certain... bullets. But that's air through the engine. It's past. We're business people.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I love the "Hey, it's that guy!ness" of Canadian tv

TV from New Zealand does this too. I always enjoyed it. There was this... really, really bizarre sci-fi-ish children's series from New Zealand I LOVED when I was younger (some obscure cable channel we happened to get aired it) and whenever I've seen anything else from NZ I've recognized half the cast from that one show.

What is that show called, zuisa?

I recently watched the NZ show, "This is not my life" and then recently saw one of the leads on Sons of Anarchy. Transcontinental Hey It's That Guy!

Oookkaay then, here is a 'stimulating' video of Anna Silk and Kirsten Holden-Reid on Lost Girl.

I will be in my bunk.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

I love the "Hey, it's that guy!ness" of Canadian tv.

Especially in all shows filmed in Vancouver. A friend of mine made a dance vid a few years ago, featuring many, many familiar Canadian actors in various genre shows, and called it "Canadian Actor Bingo." It was awesome.

It was called The Tribe. It's this insane post-apocalyptic thing. I used to describe it to people as having bad acting, writing, directing, and a tiny budget, but one of the most horribly addicting things I'd ever seen.

I like to play "HITG" while watching Criminal Minds. They love to cast "that guy" as either the unsub or cop of the week. Hey, it's Zoe! Hey, it's Boggs from Shawshank! Hey, it's Hicks from Aliens! OMG, it's Randolph frickin' Mantooth!!

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Okay, that video and your description make me want to watch Lost Girl. How do I accomplish this? I can't seem to find DVDs or streaming video.

Tease!!!

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Aw, man, Mako died in the middle of Avatar? I knew he'd passed away, but I didn't realize it was while he was doing the work.

(No spoilers, please.)
