The Event: that airplane clearly went through a wormhole. Clearly.
Will there be aliens on the other side? Or maybe an AU?

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I'm guessing that the "Mike" that Jason Ritter was trying to talk to in the cockpit was the murdered father of his girlfriend. What was the point of murdering/kidnapping that entire family though. . .

To showcase the most inept secret service agents ever?
No, seriously. Let's RUSH the First Family to a waiting SUV to escape imminent danger...and then we'll just sit here and wait to be killed by the giant runaway airplane.
I will give The Event one maybe two more eps before I ditch it, but if it keeps doing stuff that makes me yell at the TV then it may not get that many. It was OK but maybe I'm not ready for another big arc-y show. Although I kept going hey it's...Luke. Hey it's that guy.. hey it's what's her face..
I know - there were alot of "Hey, it's that guy's" on the show.
Even the security guy on the cruise ship looked familiar (from Bones maybe?).
(Sci Fi) TV shows cancelled on a cliffhanger (IO9).

I didn't watch most of those, but I agree with Sarah Connor Chronicles. I didn't think the finale was criminal tho. It could have been worse.
I thought the last episode of Forever Knight was a fitting end to the series. She's either dead or her belief in the vampire has been shattered, and Nick's finally lost the battle he was pretty much doomed to lose all along, and LaCroix is proven to have been right about Nick, even though for once he doesn't seem pleased about it. It was a downer, but it was realistic.
Is the current episode the season ender of Warehouse 13? I should know but I don't.
