Sharktopus! Sharktopus? Sharktopus!! Yes, it's the world premiere of the most tentacled, most bitey, movie ever, on Syfy at 9 PM. The movie that became an internet meme is now a reality — which doesn't mean it's not still an internet meme as well. But most importantly, it's a half-shark, half-octopus juggernaut. The mere fact that its website is referred to as the "CHOMPage" should tell you everything you need to know. Plus it has the Eric Roberts acting seal of approval:

Being Human: one of my friends chided me for not telling her how much BH rocked in the last couple of weeks. She had like a month of episodes sitting on her dvr and watched them all this weekend leading up to the finale.
That's what I did this weekend! I watched seven episodes of Being Human on the TiVo.
Which is to say, whoa. And dark. And awesome.

I was completely freaked out by the cure cult, especially the effects on the werewolves. Oddly, less freaked out by the vampires' exploits, probably because we've seen it before (if less so).

I liked that, except I wanted to see him suffer a bit.
He's going to spend several millenia standing in one line - only when he gets to the window - the person goes on break. More millenia and he gets told that actually he needs to stand in that line over there. . . etc
Annie getting sucked into the door and coming out to get Kemp both totally surprised me. I would like more now, please.

Well, I don't want to see him stand in line. I had something a little more torture-y in mind. Like an eternity in his pressure chamber, where the pressure eases off just as he's about to explode, again and again forever.
