Can't even shout, Can't even cry. The Gentlemen are coming by. Looking in windows, knocking on doors. They need to take seven, and they might take yours. Can't call to mom, can't say a word. You're gonna die screaming but you won't be heard.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

how about that premiere of TVD?! Damon is such a woobie. i want to simultaneously hold him to my bosom and smack him for his actions in this ep.

I found myself surprised that i was enjoying this badass and slightly pyschotic version of Stefan. i really hope he and Katherine ride off into the sunset together.

i'm intrigued with the direction they're taking Caroline. she was so supremely vile in the books that anything would be an improvement. i was really enjoying her and Matt though. i'm guessing this will be what pulls Matt into the supernatural world.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

THE X-FILES "Home"

Well, I don't know about best, but certainly one of the creepiest.

And I say to myself, it's wonderful, wonderful
Oh, so wonderful my love!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Out of Gas! Go Tim!

That is an impressive list of TV right there. I've never seen The Constant, but have heard great things about it. And I don't remember Demon With A Glass Hand, but I must have seen it.

Also, Hush is not dialogue-free. Why say that?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Aw, Desmond.

Not the episode of Trek I would have picked, but a good one.

Ann, that's a ferret.

THE TWILIGHT ZONE "The Eye of the Beholder"

Blew me away the first time I saw it. Loses something on re-viewing when you know the ending.

Original Trek, or TNG? I like their choices of both, but I might have picked different TNG.

Sorry, NextGen. I probably would choose "The Inner Light", but that's a pretty non-traditional episode. Or "Darmok." Or "Cause and Effect", which I think is the title of the time loop episode. Though that last one is really just an example of a trope done very well, and not something deeply meaningful.

I also submit "Chain of Command." And "The Best of Both Worlds."
