Anya: It's lovely! I wish it was mine! Oh like you weren't all thinking the same thing. Giles: I'm fairly certain I wasn't.

'The Killer In Me'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

The next season of Doctor Who will be split into two parts

At the Edinburgh International Television Festival, Steven Moffat revealed that the upcoming 13-episode season of Doctor Who would be split down the middle into 7-episode spring arc and a 6-episode autumn storyline.

Moffat divulged that the break next season wouldn't be the dreaded mid-season hiatus but rather a split between two distinct stories....

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Well, my friend was saying "Oh, Jack's on Desperate Housewives now, so he's not doing Torchwood." Then again, my friend is far more up to date on what happens on skanky soap operas than he is SF. I think he only had any idea what happens with Torchwood because of the sex element. Though I did enjoy the look on his face when I said, "Yeah, I like Torchwood, guys kissing, good stuff."

He was on Desperate Housewives last season, and his character is dead now, so no more of that.

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

I was looking for Stark/Carter vids on youtube(of which there are very few!) and came across this. [link]

CFerg is SO GOOD at physical comedy, i swear.

I am disappointed that Stark wasn't truly there last night, but I think they left the door wide open for him to truly be alive somewhere.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Questions: with the conspiracy founded by Dr. Old Spice, is this season going to end with still another time travel reset? Maybe there is a secret clause in the continuity guide for Eureka writers that any universe in which Carter actually has sex with Allison gets destroyed.

What is even happening?

In re Eureka:

Summer finale. Colin's shooting 22 this year, if memory serves.

Is there an actual break? When do we get the back 11 (or 15 or X...whatever)? I'm no good at paying attention to summer/off-season schedules. Please tell me we don't have to wait until March or May to get the rest of the season.

In re: Haven:

I think ita, Cindy and I are the only ones watching "Haven." This isn't the best show in the world, and yet here I am every week watching the show!

Isn't there a difference between "not feeling pain" and "not feeling anything?"

I think it is ridiculous that he can't feel anything. How does he function normally? How does he touch anything?

Word, le nubian. Cripes. How does he know when he has to pee?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Just checked. 19, not 22. There will be a gap until an Xmas episode, and then restart in January.

Yeah, re lack of feeling, with news I just got in apocalypse don't think Haven is going to be much of a relaxation thing for me anymore.

I bet it's all not happy go lucky but poignantly mangsty like the show, eh, TB? Sorry to hear about it.

Sumi, thanks for the link to the Walking Dead trailer. I like zombie stories although I don't like horror movies, so I'm not sure I'll be able to watch. However, it's wonderful to see Lennie James again. If only he were the lead!

t mourns Robert Hawkins like woah

By the end, he was by far the best thing about Jericho.
