Glerg. Of course. I was rewatching in the background and had a spasm.
Will move now...and maybe, after 6 or so MORE years, I'll get the proper posting thing down.
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I had a lot of problems with Annie's behavior at the bar too. I get that she's all giddy at the possibility of getting out of the house and interacting with other people, but the fluttering and spazzing and taking total strangers home to use the phone...
And Nina does have a lot of adjusting to do, and George doesn't seem to be going out of his way to help her do it. On the other hand, she's still trying to view the world in black/white terms, and that just won't work any longer - that whole bitch fit she was throwing at the end about them helping what's-his-name get out of the morgue... what the hell else did she expect them to do? She kept overlooking the fact that he wasn't really dead!
So what is the creepy mad scientist guy trying to do? Just study paranormals, or exterminate them?
I think that he thinks that he has a mandate from God to fix them.
New online series that follows Husker in the Cylon Wars. (BSG prequel)

So, the temp job I'm working is scoring high school essays and one kid was responding to a prompt about whether downloading music on the internet should be legal and free. The kid uses the example " Van Gogh got paid for all those murals he painted but the public gets to enjoy them for free " to defend the downloading as 'art should be free!'.
I immediately guffaw because I think of the Dr Who episode with Vincent! Later on my table captain is reading the same essay and reads the same passage out loud for us all to boggle at and she follows this up by asking, "Do any of you follow Dr. Who?"
My table captain is awesome! And we both like Tennant better than Smith.
That argument might have more weight if Van Gogh had painted murals. And if people were able to take home murals free of charge.
Or if posters and lithographs were free.
And of course, muralists are paid by whomever it is that commissioned the mural - so they aren't made for free.
Don't you hate it when Daleks stop by your apartment while you're out? Well, at least they leave these nice informative notes: [link]
Also, there's a contest to caption this....
