Due to my injuries, I ended up spending almost the entire weekend getting caught up on old Who. I finished season one and then watched all of season two. "Doomsday" (season 2 finale) broke me. I'm such a sucker for a good unrequited love story. I mean, how many people can't be with the one they love because if they were, two universes would be destroyed?

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I feel like they missed that bus, and it's a disservice to both characters to keep bringing it back around.
I do think it's piss-or-get-off-the-pot time when it comes to those two, and since most shows blow it big time when it comes to the lead's love life, I don't have high hopes. But trust me, I was SO happy the first time around when Allison chose Stark because they were better suited for each other. But I REALLY dislike Tess.
I really enjoyed that Who but I need to re-watch it since I was distracted with some stuff -- it felt like CRAXED amounts of handwavium.

How familiar are you with Jewish families, tommyrot?
And right to Comm you go.
The Greeks may have invented drama and tragedy, but my people made sure to perfect it from allegory to daily life work. I hear it's a lot like Smallville.
Signed,
She who apparently will bring the End of Mankind if she will not marry to a Jew, give birth to 3 children and live in Israel, according to some members of her extended family. All I do in return these days is just smile kindly at them and whisper "you just pray. Maybe I'll change my mind about marriage, giving birth and ethnic separation".
Edit: I thought I was writing from the computer that marks my typos. Oops.

Yeah. Someone really should have warned me.

Funny that the Daleks don't look any more cartoonish drawn Simpson-style.

Something about those drawings bugs me. I don't think he's quite nailed the Groening look. Maybe the shading's off?
