If that's supposed to be Damon's hand, he's double-jointed in addition to being a vampire. (In fact, I don't even know that double-jointed would cover that...)
They'll probably never go there on the show, but they're leading the fans there for sure. (I'm fairly certain Damon and Stefan have already been there, to be quite honest...)
I had to carefully check the positioning of the fingers because it's not the most feminine of hands, and they really don't seem to care.
They really don't. It's kind of awesome.
Maybe there's a 4th person who's hand is all we see.
It's like trying to decode The Last Supper Dan-Brown-style. "Okay, there's a hand on that guy's shoulder, but who's it attached to? And whose hand is holding that knife? Is there an extra HAND in there?"

I can't believe I'm in the SPN fandom and am so scandalised by that poster. Hell, I ship the the threesome, for crying out loud. But they put it out there...that I'm agog at. Even SPN acts coy.
