The realization of the way the Clacks would look and act was beautiful, and how Our Heroes started hacking it was "shown not told" very well.
Loved the guy they had playing Vetinari, too. If they do more adaptations, I hope they get him again, he's as perfectly cast as Christopher Lee doing the voice of Death.

I agree, and felt the same about the Colour of Magic. Postal really captured the feeling of the Discworld, whereas I felt the other two were more 'kiddiefied.'
Then again, I don't see DW as a kid's show.
The production values and casting on Postal were perfect. Charles Dance is an awesome baddie, and in an interview he talked about how many, many Pratchett fans flew to the production to be extras and grumbled that Vetinari should have had dark hair. But as soon as Dance began walking around the set, they were totally accepting.
I'm not sure what Mr Pump looked like in my mind, but I loved the visual character.

More like the silent Golem movie golem, I suppose, but I can see how they'd want to create their own look. It's not like there's a vast assortment of golems from stage and screen to choose from.
Yes, Frank, this showing was UK-only, though BBCA would be foolish not to acquire it at some point.
