Wesley: Feng Shui. Gunn: Right. What's that mean again? Wesley: That people will believe anything. Actually, in this place, Feng Shui will probably have enormous significance. I'll align my furniture the wrong way and suddenly catch fire or turn into a pudding.

'Conviction (1)'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Patrick Stewart knighted.

I can't believe he's younger than my father. Huh.

If you live outside the UK, you can buy the Dr. Who games in July.

I mean, unless you obtain them some other way...which never happens.

Does this link work for the PC version of the Dr Who game?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Speaking of UK content: the Going Postal miniseries was very satisfying.

Compassionately intolerant

Theo, I loved it and have watched it twice through. Picked up all sorts of detail the second time around.

My only quibble has been trying to figure out when and why Moist's outfit went all shiny . Was that symbolic of something?

But, in general, my favorite TV adaptation of Pratchett's work so far.

I'm hoping that the multiple mentions of Thud! means that will be the direction of the next production.

Also, nice to see the great man himself there at the end. Bless his heart .

Also, also, I loved the woman who played Angua and would love to see more of her.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

and would love to see more of her.

That could be taken multiple ways. Because you are a Buffista, they probably all apply.
