A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

I'm still holding out hope that somehow he is not really dead.
Well, there was no indication that they went back for the body, or had a funeral, so I bet the writers are at least holding the possibility open. I can't imagine why he'd fake his death right at that point, but someone could have brought him to a secret hospital and... now they're keeping his brain in a jar!
He had a trick bullet proof vest with blood in it.

Well, in the previouslies, they showed Shaw gut shot 5 times, blood spurting and falling off a building. HE's still alive, so I'm voting for Papa Bartowski to be alive too. (stamping wee foot)
Mom will have been doing some kind of surveillance, or summat, scooped him up after the baddies amscrayed and the two of them will work together to find and rescue Chuck.
You heard it here first. (stamping wee foot again)

At the party at Chuck's place, for the brief moment before he opened the door to Casey's daughter I was expecting it to be Papa Bartowski standing there.
I was sure he was going to die as soon as he told Ellie that he'd never leave her again.
I kept thinking Ellie's a doctor, she'd get him to a hospital and do medical stuff. But no, she had to follow Chuck.
Ugh. Maybe, because she is a doctor, she assessed him as really, truly dead before running off.
Do not want.
