I got stupid. The money was too good.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

SyFy to redo not just Being Human, but Randall and Hopkirk (Deceased).

Speaking of "Being Human", it's been nomiated for a TV Bafta, which is pretty amazing considering they usually overlook most genre TV:

It won't win. The Street always wins.

(Doctor Who is hardly ever nominated either, but its omission this time is not really surprising, as it wasn't actually on last year apart from the specials).

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

I just started watching Torchwood (I'm at 1x08 at the moment).

OMG.

OMFG.

AIFG.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Shir -- I liked the second series even better, FWIW.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Hey, I can't even think of not watching. If more than 36 hours go between eps, it's like going through rehab. My body is going all "need. Torchwood. Now".

On that note - that you, VOD contents supplier.

Laga - May 11, 2010 9:00:57 am PDT #12923 of 30001
You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Torchwood is available on Netflix instant streaming. I might have to rewatch when I finish Archer. I can't help wondering where Torchwood is when Doctor Who is messing around on Earth this season. I wonder if they disappeared along with Amy's memories of Daleks.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Isn't that last sentance a spoiler for the US?

Art Crawl!!!

No, it was in, like, the second episode.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

That came to light in Episode 2.

edit: oh wait, no- it was the third episode with the Daleks. I wasn't counting "The 11th Hour".

You're right. I'd forgotten that detail AND I read the sentance wrong. For some reason I thought you were saying that Amy had forgotten her recent (for her) encounter some time later in the season.
