Simon: I swear when it's appropriate. Kaylee: Simon, the whole point of swearing is that it ain't appropriate.

'Jaynestown'

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Where are my standards?

Hoping that one or more of the menfolk get shirtless?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Wow, V was boring last night.

Edit: Or, you know, Tuesday. But I watched it last night.

Art Crawl!!!

Stonehenge Apocalypse isn't a bad title - it's an EXCELLENT title.

Now, if only it had some fish/insect/human combo in it.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Manpigeon!

Don't make him mad. You wouldn't like him when he's mad. He'll poop on your head.

I agree. And I'm currently reading Stone Age Economics [link] so I'm already interested (yes, I know it's not the same thing. And yet).

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Let me argue on the merits of this title - it entertained me, but I still think it is bad.

Isn't it like saying: Washington Monument apocalypse? How can you have widespread death and destruction from man-made stone statues?

Sadly, they are trampled by a dwarf.

Doctor Who primer.

A pretty good overview of the classic series from the AV Club.
