I don't think anyone is dead until we see the body, so both Zoe and Amanda could still be alive. The only one I'm sure of is the guy who was driving Clarice to the airport.

I'm assuming Zoe survived in some form. Amanda may be just hospitalized and not dead. Philo's gone gone gone unless Zoe decides to digitize herself a dead boyfriend.
