A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
It builds very slowly, but it's been worthwhile. Surprisingly so, as I was a little lukewarm on it at the beginning.
Me too. I started out giving it the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm hooked.
I'm not sure I think he's doing the best thing with Willie, but *he* seems to think he's teaching his nephew the ways of their people.
At the very least, he's paying attention to him, which Joseph is not.
Last night's ep wasn't quite up to the level of There Is Another Sky, but I like that we're finally starting to see some of the STO threads coming into focus. Sister Clarice hasn't done a whole lot so far, but the prospect of an Atia/Spike showdown makes my inner fangirl go "YAY!"
Interview with New Doctor Matt Smith, not spoilery:

Not sure how I feel about all the emphasis on "mad"....
Thanks for the interview, Fiona. He seems...well, interested in candy. And I'll let him have a pass on the mad stuff.
It reminded me of this quote from him:
He’s an addict - if he stopped saving the world, he’d be in real trouble.
Which makes me feel okay about what's to come. It seems he's going to be Tennant-ish in vibe, but possibly without the puppy-dog eyes.

But floppier hair, from the looks of things.
Is anyone listening to the Caprica commentary podcasts? How's David "My Shows Are Too Good To Be Real Sci-Fi" Eick compared to RDM?
Fringe has been renewed. I didn't know it was on the bubble.
I didn't know it was on the bubble either - so whew!
(Stephanie - the old woman who lives with Josef and Willie is Josef's mother-in-law, not his mother. Josef and Sam are orphans.)
sumi - thanks. I realized after I'd posted that I was pretty sure she had talked about losing *her* daughter, but I didn't go back and check.
I know
Caprica's
ratings aren't the greatest, but it seems to be doing well on iTunes - currently yesterday's episode is their #6 TV show download.
