Kaylee: So, uh, how come you don't care where you're going? Book: 'Cause how you get there is the worthier part.

Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

Or the similarity to the name of Costa Gavras, who I have never heard of?

Oscar winning director! "Z" won for best foreign language film and "Missing" for adapted screenplay. The latter was about an American journalist who disappeared during Pinochet's coup in Chile and his parents' search for him. When Chuck first started, they used to throw in film references fairly frequently. I hope they keep it up!

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

I was explaining to my mother that it was as if they were saying "The country of Steven Spielberg is holding democratic elections!"

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I burst out sobbing (seriously and uncontrollably) watching my DVRd "Journey's End" tonight over Donna's fate. So. Damn. Unfair!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Opposite Boris Kodjoe? Not bad work if you can get it.

Fringe: I think that's probably the most sympathetic I've been to a one-off character in a teaser.
