Donna's wedding and especially seeing Joan's great-granddaughter were the most poignant and special to me.
Me, too. And the mention of Geoff Noble lending the Doctor a quid just destroyed me.
A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Hee, there's a Dalek on Better off Ted.
Broadcast version of Caprica about a zillion times better paced than the DVD. I couldn't tell you exactly what was cut, but it moves so much faster, which is a blessing when more than one expository monologue begins "As I'm sure you all know..."
Still liking it and curious to see where it goes. Still equally baffled how the thing got greenlit in the first place.
Oh crap! was that on tonight?
Hee, there's a Dalek on Better off Ted.
Also one of the infants nursed on human fat cells. (I totally want to raise one. After all most of the people who had them survived.)
I don't think Caprica has aired yet. (Isn't it January 22nd?)
Enjoyed the long denoument because I enjoyed seeing Joan and Alonso and Donna's wedding. . . etc. I was surprised by Mickey and Martha - why is it that I thought she married that doctor?
Worried about 11 - didn't like what I saw in the preview.
Demons totally sucked. Can't imagine what the heck they were thinking. The characters were stupid, effects and makeup bad, the ridiculous Buffy shout outs only pointed out a comparison that they really don't want to make. And now that Buffy is being repeated on Logo - Demons is completely unnecessary.
Agree that Demons sucked. Also the "Van Helsing" adds nothing to the already sucky story. "Van Helsing's" superpower in Dracula was that he was a geek when it came to vampire knoweldge. He had no special combat powers. There have a number of bad of movies that suggested otherwise, and the Van Helsing connection really added nothing to them either. OK Demons was so bad that this was just a minor irritant making things worse. But I think it was the final straw that made me decide I won't ever bother to watch another episode. (The actors aren't bad though. If they show up in something else, I won't hold this against them.)
Well, the "heroe" Van Helsing descendent does not seem that great. But the other characters do OK>
For some reason, I found that ridiculous cgi'ed library most annoying.
And they had this sooper secret door with a sooper secret lock but after they enter - they just left the door open.
Stupid characters.
What a terrible waste of Phillip Glenister.
So I shouldn't feel bad that I only watched until the point that the Doctor Who preview came on? Good.
What a terrible waste of Phillip Glenister.
I got that impression from the little I saw.
