A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
I never liked Tessa, so her death mostly meant my introduction to a cheesy song. I never like Richie much, but was mostly pleasantly surprised he was an Immortal even if I get how they're spotted even less well than Potential Slayers. In fact, I pretty much stopped watching when Duncan killed him. I didn't like how they handled Duncan then.
I think Highlander was the first TV where I sought out other people's discussions of it. I'd only done that for comics and books before that.
Anyone watched the British series Invasion:Earth? I saw it recommended, but it's moving very slowly so far.
I think we tried, but found it too slow.
Do you remember how far you got? I just got to the end of episode 1 and I'm flipping genres to Wire In The Blood to wake myself up again.
Not much farther than that. 1 and a half episodes?

This is all true for me also. Except Dust in the Wind is not either a cheesy song! Because I like it.
I didn't love the Tessa character, or actress, but the fact that a mature relationship that was actually supportive and happy (apart from the Don't GO moments) existed on tv made me happy.
On rewatch of Shank's Sanctuary just now, I had to giggle thinking about the writers saying, "Don't get too excited ladies. We know he's all that but, rest assured, he ain't never coming back."
Stargate and Sanctuary are renewed:

I just watched it and didn't hate it as much as I thought I would. Not sure I'd stick with the series though.
I do like the plausible origin story.
