Boxed Set, Vol. V: Just a Hint of Denial and a Dash of Retcon

A topic for the discussion of Doctor Who, Arrow, and The Flash. Beware possible invasions of iZombie, Sleepy Hollow, or pretty much any other "genre" (read: sci fi, superhero, or fantasy) show that captures our fancy. Expect adult content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Marvel superheroes are discussed over at the MCU thread.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Who'd a thunk Broyles would bring the warm and fuzzies?

It's kind of like that moment on Bones when the old director talked Angela out of quitting.

Yeah, just so unexpected and therefore very effective and affecting.

Now I miss the old director again.

I ALWAYS miss him. I'm not a huge fan of Cam, but even less so because it means that that we don't have Dr. Goodman.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

He had a great voice.

I would have liked Farscape more if they'd kicked Rygel into a turbine. He soured most every scene he was in for me. So I couldn't fall in love with it all. But Claudia Black and Ben Browder were electric to watch.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Fringe:

I liked the way Walter's demeanor visibly and audibly changed when he had all his pieces, however loosely attached.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I noticed that too, DCJ.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

John Noble anchors the show so very well.
