Everybody plays each other. That's all anybody ever does. We play parts.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Burrell, just offer her an F now. seems merciful.

I am torn between suggesting she write on something else that she actually, you know, knows about, and thinking maybe she'd actually learn something if she stuck with it. But I'm guessing she'll switch topics.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

I walked home from work. I should do that more often. I also stopped and got a turkey burger. Yum.

I'm glad you found a house, Kat!

Noah's just taking advice from his sister.

I need to duct tape my carpets this weekend. Mainly the padding because the old tape is coming unglued (and where it peeks out, it's ugly. And Devi gets bored and will pull off chunks to play with.) I even got white and reddish brown tape so it'll be nicer looking!

Also need to clean.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

ita. ijs.

Been there. Got those.

I should have my carpets steam cleaned. Or do them myself. They're a little too patterned right now.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

We are supposed to have the DH's cousin and husband and kids who are visiting from the East Coast over for dinner on Sunday. This may be difficult because our washing machine is broken and won't be fixed until Tuesday, and our vacuum is broken too, and there is animal hair EVERYWHERE. Plus we are both sick and don't feel like dragging our shit out to a laundromat and trying to clean the rugs by hand somehow.

What a very strange site. How soon before there are no questions left not yet answered on the web, and in semantically correct xHTML to boot?

Oh Scrappy! As a fellow sickie I think you really shouldn't be expected to clean house while fighting the flu. Hrm. If you find the magic housekeeping fairies, can you tell them we need their help over here once they are finished with your place? Tell them my daughter is a big fan, and I'll bake them cookies.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

Did not go with DH to his gig. As I suspected he feels somewhat obligated to socialize with the restaurant owners which means 1230/ 1am at best. I can't do it tonight. I know this because the idea of making a decision about dinner almost made me cry. That's what going to the dentist for more than a cleaning does to me. stupid.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Don't brownies (the fairies, not the girl scouts or chocolate baked goods) clean for a bowl of milk on the doorstep or something?

beth, I'm glad you stayed home. And sorry for the dental trauma.

Big brother bunny and little sister bunny. I do love Target's $1 bins.

Wow. We're a spent bunch of Californians. I'm waiting on my carry-out pizza and then I'll shoulder groceries home. Should I finish a slice it'll be the most food in days.

I can't WAIT to nap. And then work over the weekend, perhaps even at the office.

But before that, genre TV and breakfast potatoes and "photography."
