The rest of the list is pretty astonishing too. Not that some of it surprises me, but DAMN does ranch dressing seem to be really bad for you (good thing I burnt out on it years ago).

I don't like ranch dressing, but the Outback cheese fries are quite good. DH dips them in the dressing. This is a very rare treat. I'm fairly certain the recipe was developed by a greedy cardiologist.

I do too! When I worked at a bar one summer we would start the day by fixing ourselves a basket each of fried zucchini, spicy fries, and cheese fries and then dip them all in ranch.
I went years with no ranch in my life, but in the last 2 years it has crept back in.

Ranch is the yum. Fresh and Easy makes a heavily dill based ranch which rocks. So good.

yes. but the low fat stuff is an abomination. They use HFCS in order to make up for the lack of fat, so it's too sweet. and still pretty caloric.
