Besides, I suspect that this is the guy that once kept me outside for a half hour while he gossiped about everyone on the street. I was wearing only a sweater and it was around 0 C. Right now, I’m thinking chicken cacciatore. Brown the thighs in a large pot. Remove, add strips of green pepper and slices of onion. Cook until softened. Add 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced. Add the chicken and juices back to pan, then your favorite pasta sauce to cover. Simmer on low for 2-3 hours, until chicken falls off of bones. Serve over hearty pasta like fettucine.

there is nothing worse than a snow day when you need to get shit done. you can't enjoy the snow day because you're fretting about work.
