I'm jealous of Jesse's boots. After voting, I headed over to Famous Footwear to go boot-shopping, only to find that they only had one pair of boots in my size, and they were too tall (I couldn't get my foot down into them). And, they won't be getting any more until next fall.
Grrrr.
Our Uni has two kinds- A Corporate American Express which you have to pay (and can use for personal stuff) and a P-Card which is a visa and the company pays directly. But you can't use the P-card for travel, or books, or food, so you have to use the Amex.

I think it is only the Amex Corporate card where you are ultimately responsible for the charges. Of course this impression is based on the fact that Dave Ramsey is always railing on companies that make you front the charges, but particularly Amex, for that very reason.
