Zoe: I thought you wanted to spend more time off-ship this visit. Wash: Out there is seems like it's all fancy parties. I like our party better. The dress code is easier and I know all the steps.

If I only ate what made me happy, I'd eat nothing but candy and cheese.

I hate vegetables, but I know I have to eat them. But I hate it. Especially the green ones. Blergh.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Given that today is Fat Tuesday, go get yourselves some Paczki! Nom nom nom.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

The big ticker-tape parade goes right past my office this morning.

I used to be able to see the route from my old office, but nsm today. And the firm hasn't made any arrangements to open up conference rooms where you can see it, which is annoying.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Also, I had to explain to someone yesterday what ticker tape was. She had never heard the term until yesterday! Boggle.

She had never heard the term until yesterday!

Um, I've heard of it. Still have no idea what it is.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

I like candy and chips, but it's short-term happiness. Very quickly, I become unhappy about it (because I always eat just that little bit too much). You know what makes my body happy? Tortillas and beans. With salty, oily tortillas and fried eggs and salt all over everything... mmmm. Happy tummy.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Another example at how fucked polls are....

For CA, Reuters has Obama over Clinton, 49% to 36%

Survey USA has Clinton over Obama, 52% to 42%.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yeah, I've found this to be true myself. Then I tend to crave more healthy type foods to balance it out.

From the old stock market "ticker tape" machines....

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Um, I've heard of it. Still have no idea what it is.

Ticker tape.

Do a Google image search of "ticker tape parade". It's awesome.
