Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just accidentally watched an episode of House. Told myself if I couldn't work out what show it was before the opening credits that I'd have to go through to the end.

Such a bad idea. I'd totally forgotten that his pain was a credited character in the show, and this was one where he gets a morphine shot. Drugseeking indeed.

It's a show on one of my favourite topics--gender confusion. The supermodel in question has male pseudohermaphroditism, which apparently affects one in 150,000 pregnancies. That sounds like a lot. Especially if it tends to produce the perfect woman. We'd be overrun with supermodels.

Sounds like a trip to wikipedia.

I don't see why it wasn't considered unmanly to blur over the lens when shooting ubermanly Captain Kirk.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm still blaming the baby.
At least you are blaming you own. I blame P's.

We're keeping score. So far the baby is up 5-0 in who infected whom.

I hope your nose behaves soon and you get lots of sleep.

Behaves or not, I'm going back to bed in 20 minutes.

You should report back after you check. It's had me curious since the ep aired. Well, curious enough to kinda nibble at me but not curious enough to do my own research.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Isn't Mardi Gras this tuesday? I'm confused because IHOP has declared the following tuesday Pancake Day.

Yeah, it's definitely this Tuesday. I've been planning Ash Wednesday things for Catholic Ministries at the hospital, and I'm singing in a service at my church that night.

I thought that Obama vid was interesting...though I think I prefer Fired Up, Ready To Go (based of course on fired up, ready to go.)

He thinks he gets a morphine shot in this episode, and I'm wondering how he could mistake saline for morphine. I guess part of the point of the ep is that psychosomatic power is strong, but still.

He had it injected into his spine. Not sure where that ranks on the efficacy/rush scale.

Cash, I will totally report back. I'm fascinated by this middle space.

This is where looking at Wikipedia gets me The Bristol Stool Scale. Who knew such a thing existed?

Also, I love the sampler that says "Don't Make Me Cut You". What is wrong with me? I think it's a sign that I should go back to bed.
