OK, so can I just halve this one? [link] (Instant yeast is what I have in the house, so that's good.)

Oh, please tell me that's a recipe and not a possum.
Hee! Why would you only use half a possum??
Yup, that looks pretty standard.
I'm definitely giving them a THIS IS BULLSHIT call.
fkuck - Brandon's someone I have to cross paths with occasionally. without snarling. fkuck.
OK, bread trauma. I didn't have quite enough flour, as it turns out. So the first time I kneaded, it was more like sticking and scraping and flopping and sticking. Do I need to use the 20 minutes it's now resting for to go buy more flour, or will it work itself out?
Edit: Oh, it says "flour" many more times in the recipe. Off to the store I go...
I have cleaned the bathroom and the kitchen (while singing along with showtunes, which is working quite well for me)
Next comes either the bedroom or the living room.

Feel the awesome power that lies in your hands. It almost counts as accomplishing something all by itself, if your Saturday happens to be short on things accomplished.
Clean the room you spend more time in.
Altogether, or while I'm awake?
I walked all over town - pharmacy, post office, landlord's office, and treated myself with a trip to the yarn store where they were having a Super Bowl sale! 30% off everything.
I bought what I need to make that baby sweater for my friend's baby (not born yet) and staggered home. (Damn, I'm weak.) I think I tired my muscles trudging through snow drifts yesterday. Maybe this was actually good for me.
The bad news: I still need to buy groceries and I left the pattern for the baby sweater at the yarn store so I must go back.
