Yeah, but you're an amateur fry cook and I come from a long line of fry cooks that don't live past 25.

Quirky Coworker: I've had these shoes since 1981! When you weren't even born!
Me: QC, I'm 35.

My new student worker was born in 1990, people!! I could be his mother, if I'd had sex in my senior year in high school!

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

We, the residents of states currently totally engulfed by snow, would like to point out that we would rather drive through rain than snow as rain does not have to be plowed out of the way.

Oh, like Jessica even drives in shitty weather!

t hops on subway, wooshes to work, doesn't give a fig since the Super shovels

(Personally, though, I'd rather drive in snow than rain -- other drivers are appropriately cautious. In rain there are always a half dozen ass holes who think they personally defy the laws of physics and are out to cause a pile-up.)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

We have about 6-8 inches by my apartment, and it was still falling heavily when I left. But I was only about 10 minutes late to work this morning.

Yes, your roomate tells me that she heard your neighbor walk outside and then say "Oh, fucking fuck."

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA!!!!

*pant* *pant*

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

Oh, Trudes...so sweet, so naive.

I would have said the same thing if I'd been planning to drive to work. That's a lot of goddamn shoveling, especially with heavy, wet snow.

ION - I have a new Dr. - saw her this morning and it will be one stop Dr-ing for me and mac. YAY!

IOON re: feeling old at work. I called someone "son" yesterday when he was being a smartass to me. Everyone looked at me odd. I am pretty sure, most of them are close to 10 years younger than me, they just don't know it.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

We have a snow day. I got the call at 5:30, turned off my alarm, and slept till 10. I have to go up to school at some point and get the cat, who, I'm sure is sure she's staaaaaarving.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Sorry, Miracleman. I'm just glad it's not us getting the snow, finally.

We celebrated Liv's birthday by eating cake for breakfast.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Is anyone following the Anonymous/Project Chanology stuff?

I've been reading on it a bit.

The thing that I just can't wrap my brain around is why people still join. There's the crazy tom cruise shit and the xenu and the clams. Scientology is a laughing stock, isn't it?

The status is NOT quo.

I miss snow days so much! Don't miss the unrelenting cold, though.

Fwiw, Jessica, I understand how you feel. I always preferred the snow to the cold rain in the winter. Rain is so much more depressing.
