I went into an ice cold plunge pool in a spa in London once. I hope it's similar.
Problem with a polar bear plunge is that you have to factor in the air temperature. I'll bet the spa's air temp was above 70 degrees, whereas the plunge will be outdoor temp--a significant difference!

I have those sorts of rules for the password to the student information system here. I have my password written down under my keyboard, because I hardly ever have to log in. Someone would still need my user name, the user name for my department, and the password for my department, so it is still fairly safe. Also, I can't make changes, only look at info. A thing I do for the fancy passwords is use a 1 in place of an i in a word. Of course, I also have all of my passwords written down on a Rolodex card.
