I have grand plans for NYE. They involve me and my bed and not going anywhere, and probably no drinking at all. I am so lame.
So, what are people doing tonight?
Husband and I have tickets to see Jeff Dunham at the TPAC in Tampa. We have reservations for dinner afterward. Should be a pretty good way to end this year and bring in the next.
Revenge of the Metabolism hit me at 34, but at least some of that was stress and blood-pressure related.

My plans for the evening include more L&O, and then movies. This weekend, I have recorded Holiday, Swingers, Bringing Up Baby, and Jesus Camp for the purpose. Oh, and The Outsiders. I'll let you know what wins.
I am trying to rest so I feel moderately better when I have to go to one friend's house so we can caravan to another friend's house so we can all caravan to the bar where for the first time in 10 years, Mr. Jane will not be bartending, but instead drinking and hanging out with me and mine.
Need to, rest more, take shower, do nails, do facial, do hair, paint ring on dress, get dressed & head out (I hope on time if Mr. Jane makes it home soon from bar prep).

This is what I'm saying! Although, I didn't pay that much attention to what channels I was taping off, so some of the movies may be jettisoned like Risky Business was the first time I heard, "Sometimes you just gotta say 'what the hell.'" @@
