Right? And they're going to be paying plumbers enough (they were there today on overtime and didn't get it fixed) that the $75 for a working bathroom in a hotel would be well worth it, IMO.

Sarameg, you look gorgeous! And the little one is sooo very wee.
I lucked out in finding that a co-worker at the bookstore is a licensed vet tech and was interested in stopping by my apartment on her way home tonight and trimming my cat's claws for only $5. Yay!! She did try and show me how to do it myself, but Amarna's too squirmy for one person only. Emily was interested in coming back again next month, so I might be able to save Amarna the stress of going to the vet just for claw trimming.
She saw the cross-stitch piece I'm working on and was asking for advice on how to do it (she just started on her second piece ever, and it's a bit advanced for her at this point). So, she's bringing her piece into the store next weekend and I'll be helping her out with it.
Swapping tasks and advice is always fun!
