ooh, how exciting sarameg!
Burrell, you don't happen to remember the name of the place, do you?
It's Le Saigon. Haven't been there in ages, but it's still around.
I went to stretch class today then took the kids to see my sister & her horse. I am so tired, so damn tired. And my legs just ache in that way they do sometimes. But it was really a nice day. The kids actually rode on a great big horse! Like all alone, up on the horse all by themselves.
That sounds like an incredible day, sarameg.
It just killed me watching Miss P. When he was crowning, she went down to the foot to see (and the OB was AWESOME with her.) When Lis started getting distressed (asking for forceps even though she hates them but she just wanted him OUT) she went back to the head and was just stroking her mom's neck. Not freaked out, not alarmed, just being there ( I was holding some part of her most of the time, and she wasn't tensing at all. Until he was put on her mom's tummy!) And the thing is, I think it did help. L calmed down and was like, ok, no, I'm just exhausted. Next?
Back in LA... piles of mail, lots of Ruby love, don't wanna unpack.
But only for a week.
That is both generous and sensible.
sara, that's awesome!
Welcome back home, Allyson.
Aww, that's so adorable, sarameg!!! Sniff.
eta: and valentines!
This? THIS is how you try to convince me of the goodness of February? This to a girl who has only once ever been dating someone on Valentine's, and at the time, I was in Texas and she was in Wisconsin? (And we both lived in DC)? Yeah, I think you'll have to try harder. That's like ANTI-proof of February's goodness.
