Could someone see a Chevy Lumina on a daily basis and reasonably think it's a Plymouth? (I know nothing about cars)
I think not. (What kind of Plymouth?) The Lumina had a somewhat distinctive look (for a mass-produces cheap American sedan) - especially the low front end/grill that curves into the hood.
And yeah, Plymouth has been defunct since... around 2000-ish?

I was trying really hard not to be mean to the lady I got on the phone, because I don't want them to "lose" it for another week. I just think that if they'd mentioned on the missed-delivery slip, back on the 5th, that the package was insured and required a signature, I might not be considering homicide right now.
