Let him do his thing, and then you get him out. No messing with him for laughs.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Whew, made it to midnight. And my iTunes is playing Money (Pink Floyd) - gotta hope that's a good omen for the year.

Happy 2008, Buffistas!

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Too tipsy to read all the way through. Clearly not drunk, since I see the typos. I'm making them, though.

Happy New Year, Buffistas.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Happy 2008! And now I'm going to sleep. (Not to bed since I'm already there.)

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Happy New Year! Elvis just gave me a minkey

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

My only resolution this year is to Mail Shit Out.

Now we know why Matilda refuses to grow. She's trying to cop some more of Lily's Hannah Anderson wardrobe. But Ple won't mail it!

Ple, I thought of you immediately when they went to Point Break during Hot Fuzz.

Back from game night with megan and Scola and Lee and JZ and Matilda. We played some game involving building train lines across Europe. Scola won and I came in dead last, though that was in part because I wasn't really paying attention during the instruction phase and so my strategy was half formed. Next time I'll be better! (And Scola will be in NYC.)

JZ came in second. Lee helped me to bring up the rear. Matilda reveled in megan's apartment, all but doing pirourettes across the living room. She was being a very charming baby tonight.

Swouncing

Skipping (hello, new thread!) to post that, according to the Buffista Calendar, today is Susan W's birthday.

Happy birthday, Susan! With lots of wishes for a great day and a wonderful year!

And, of course, everybody whose year starts today, gets wishes for a lovely year, as well!

And everybody who doesn't, too. Just 'cause. Good wishes are fun, why not spread them around?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

I blame you for making me look at Nudesuits as nearly my first online act of 2008. I started a new knitting project last night, does that count as a good start to the year? Entering it making a pretty thing?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Happy New Year, y'all!
