Zoe: What's that, sir? Mal: Freedom, is what. Zoe: No, I meant what's that? Mal: Oh. Yeah. Just step around it. I think something must've been living in here.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I had to take my earrings out for my last...CT scan? Some scan during the last couple months. Irritating. I don't want/need to take the cartilage piercings in my left ear out ever. And I need to get another one.

I enjoyed Bad Boys well enough to see it in the theatres twice, but for its input into Hot Fuzz it should be enshrined forever.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Hot Fuzz is the BESTEST MOST WONDERFULLEST MOVIE EVER.

Err.

It's also the last thing I saw in a theatre.

Thrive to spite them

Hot Fuzz was great. I loved it even more when I learned that oriiginally there was love interest but they wrote her out but kept the dialog for the guys.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Hot Fuzz was awesome, but I'm still voting for Super Troopers for awesomest.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Happy New Year Mountain Zone!

It vexes me that I still haven't seen Hot Fuzz. I know I'm going to love it when I do.

My husband and I have reached a new height (or perhaps depth) of geekery. I made a spreadsheet in Google Docs of our outstanding recorded TV and what devices it's scattered among so we can work our way through it, and tonight we sat on our loveseat with our laptops and used the "discuss this document" feature to decide what to watch. Because that was easiest.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I spent my evening watching Bill Murray visit old lovers. I wouldn't make a tradition of it, but it was entertaining nonetheless.

Mr. Scola’s wardrobe by Botany 500

I brought my Hot Fuzz DVD with me, and Jacqueline, David and I watched it last night.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I wasn't planning on staying up this late. Perhaps the 3 cups of coffee I drank this morning and the half dozen diet cokes I consumed throughout the day were not the best idea.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I want to find two towns that are near each other but in different time zones. Then on New Years Eve I can travel back and forth between the two, committing crimes in first one year, then the next, then back to the first year, etc.

try Indiana

wouldn't indiana need towns for that to work? It just has squares. And you can drive real fast on big fat empty roads vrooooooooooooooooooooommmm

NudeSuits. NSFW.

MAN are penises funny looking.

Don't get me wrong. I like the penis. LOVE a few of them even... but that is one goofy looking piece of anatomy. Maybe that's why straight porn actors tend to the homely -- NOTHING is going to make that junk look good.
