You know somewhere out on the Internet there is someone who saw the bridecake, thought about velvet red cake, and is already planning a wedding where all the guests will be dressed as zombies.
If I don't already know them, I must become friends with them. Because that would be a wedding I MUST attend.

I'm so tickled to find that other Buffistas know of Dutch babies -- I've never met anyone else (besides my dad's second wife) who had any idea what I was talking about.
Tickled, but not surprised, now that I think about it. Is there any obscure delight, breakfast or otherwise, that isn't shared by at least three Buffistas?
Dutch Baby AND the best potato pancakes? And this is a place Lee likes? Hmmm, if only there were some way I could synthesize all this new information and formulate a plan of some sort. If only, if only.
JZ, it's a puzzle, but let me know if you come up with anything. Maybe we can get Megan or Juliana to help us figure it out.
They're determined problem-solvers like that. Determined breakfast-eating problem-solvers. I've also heard that Suzi doesn't suck at that kind of sleuthery. Let's put them on the case.
We might need Consuela's help as well, because she's also all smart and shit.
Hmm. How many can fit in your car(s)?
I'm pretty sure what I grew up with as David Eyre's Pancake is also a Dutch Baby.

I didn't know what they were called, but I've only ever seen them in Boise. OMG the lemon and powdered sugar combo on the crepe-y/pancake, YUM.

Oh! We call those German Pancakes. We have them for xmas every year, and IIRC I put our recipe in the cookbook.
