It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

And I understand, from a landscaping friend of mine in SF, eucalyptus trees will come down if you look at them hard.

Yes, this happened when I was in college-- an unusually heavy rain brought down a two-ton tree because the roots are so shallow.

Hopefully the pageboy will work out better for her. I'm fairly certain the pink tunic over white top combo will, at any rate.

I dunno; her hair seems too wavy for a He-Man pageboy.

But I gave myself the giggles picturing her in her apartment, holding a re-illuminated lamp aloft, yelling "I have the POWER!!!!!!" a la He-Man.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I heart jengod. But I can't read that, prolly, because I'm behind on FNL.

Where are eucalyptus trees' original habitat?

Our work team is here and they're off to a bad start. They were still asleep when we showed up at 7 to get them. They took 45 minute showers. Then one of them spilled coffee all over himself at the site (we're under wind advisory) and started out cranky.

Then I hurried back to teach lessons, but three of my students canceled or didn't show up. However, that gave me introvert time, so that's probably good. Then I went to get gas and the pump was in use. I guess they'd gone in to pay or something. So I left without getting gas. Then I went to the local store and they had neither the grout I needed or the glass block. Then I got the propane bill for our first load and it's at the wrong rate.

Now I have to go load wood onto the porch because it's supposed to rain and/or snow here today.

I'm trying not to be cranky this early in the trip because I need the saved labor they're going to provide me, but erg.

Art Crawl!!!

My cat keeps going and standing in front of the monitor purring madly - I think he thinks that I am looking at him with fondness but I'm really just hoping that he will GET OUT OF THE WAY.

He is finally lying down.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Here, too. I'm glad I got out of the house while it was briefly sunny.

Our wings are not tired.

Where are eucalyptus trees' original habitat?

I didn't know, but I do know that they get completely destroyed whenever we have a storm. Then grow back to be broken up another day.
