Poor Hil! That just sounds so weird. Rashes always sort of creep me our. Hope you feel better soon.

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Yay Josie!
Meara, you make it sound slightly less disconcerting, I confess. Although I think there'd still have to be a fairly substantial amount of alcohol involved. Hmm.
One thing I figure out on the return trip as looked out the Bus window: How do tell when you are in the rough part of Tangent, Oregon? There's graffiti spray-painted on the sides of the sheep.
Okay, this may be a really really stupid question - but are you sure that it was graffiti? I mean, the shepherds in my area always mark their sheep with a splosh of colour or something, in order to identify them, in the way that (as I understand it) cattle ranchers brand (branded?) their cattle. Sorry, you probably know that and you're probably talking about something that was blatantly not a case of the farmer identifying his sheep - just wanted to check. Because if there really IS sheep graffiti, that's hilarious.
God, someone make me stop vacuuming the cat! I've got a SHITLOAD of marking that I need to do Right Now, rather than being all Procrastination!Girl.
Still, on the bright side I just emailed a cute boy. Not the one I mentioned the other day - another one, from OKCupid, whom I've not emailed since Christmas, despite the fact that I think he's absolutely lovely, and that he may be pretty much made to measure as Fayish love interest. (Er, I did try to post a link to him before, but it didn't work. I'll try again, but I bet it still won't work. But he does seem quite ridiculously splendid. And he emailed me again, so I thought I really should get back to him.)
I'm so glad to hear that Josie is doing so much better!
ION, the first full workday of DST after a night of fragmented sleep is probably going to be remarkably unpleasant, isn't it?
We managed the early wake up without alarm. Sent the boy off to school. Did my morning work. Now back to bed because it is still dark.

Oh! And I meant to say - the Doggy Llama pics slayed me. So much cuteness!

Woohoo! Congratulations, Fay! That is amazing.
Fay, he looks quite delightful, and rather perfect for you.
YAY Fay!
The migraine seems to be at bay, will see how the day goes. I think it was supreme bad timing to have DST yesterday and then travel one timezone away and lose another hour.
Wow, Fay!
Suzi, I hope your head stays okay.
More kitty ~ma for Jo!
Last night after posting I managed to whack my head on a table and basically bled until we got to urgent care. No stitches, but showering and brushing my hair into something presentable is going to be a trick for a while. Fortunately, they only cut a small lock of hair off. My DH took his job of waking me every couple of hours very seriously, so I'm staying home today to catch up on sleep. (He was able to wake me and go right back to sleep -- I'd lay there for a while and it always felt like I'd just fallen back to sleep when his alarm would go off again.)
