I went and got pho at a new place. It's not as yummy, but they put lots of veggies in it (if you want)--broccoli and cauliflower and snow peas and cabbage. So it feels healthy!
I did not remember to buy faux-GS cookies at the grocery store, though--i got waylaid by the cereal. Mmm, cinnamon life!

random anecdote-
I had a portable CD player that died after years of use and abuse.
I showed it to my roommate and asked, "can I just throw this out in the trash or does it have to go someplace special?"

Made it up to Boise in one piece despite flying with a migraine. Have taken pain meds and am going to sleep soon. Hopefully it will be gone or at least down to a dull roar for work tomorrow.

So, I love my kitty and all, but I sure miss my bed! She is camping out on the office futon (we've tried moving her to other spots around the house) so I've been sleeping there with her. Fortunately we recently upgraded the futon so it's pretty comfy.

I am making a pie. This has never happened before. My sister and I used to buy a pie mix but we would make and eat the crust and pour the filling into pudding cups.
