We can come by between classes. Usually I use that time to copy over my class notes with a system of different colored pens. But it's been pointed out to me that that's, you know...insane.

Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I have a banana bread in the oven. I made it from scratch, which I almost never do with baking. I hope it comes out ok.

Our wings are not tired.

Mmmm banana bread. I love how the house smells when bread is baking.

Sparky!

Thanks so much for that photo. It really captures our life, I must say.

Hi everybody. Back from a trip to Eugene last night. Meant I ended up sleeping late this morning - given DST, ended sleeping very late.

One thing I figure out on the return trip as looked out the Bus window:

How do tell when you are in the rough part of Tangent, Oregon? There's graffiti spray-painted on the sides of the sheep.

Yay, Josie!!! Keep eating, sweet kitty girl.

Dude! That's awful rude.

Graffiti on SHEEP? Dude. That's kinda awesome.

it occurs to me that I'm fairly sure I would be supremely embarassed in a sex club.

Ah, but see, you could just ostentatiously NOT look at what's going on around you, in a very "I'm being scrupulously polite" sort of way. Because that's acceptable as well. There were private areas for people to do things in, public areas, and then a "social" area, where you were just supposed to hang out and chill and talk to people if you wanted, and could totally avoid looking (though not really avoid hearing).

Yay, Josie!

bonny, you're very welcome for the picture. (Let me know if you don't want it public.) I have to say, bonny was a wonderful teacher (people kept saying, "see you next time!" because they're all charmed and interested and are now keeping these lessons on their calendars) but also a very cruel taskmaster -- poor Bartleby really wanted to greet his fans (and collect treats) but patiently finished his work.

If last night had been Vaudville, my puppy would have gotten the hook because, as usual, seeing that there were treats in the house she immediately went center stage and demanded some with her beagle bark.

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

Good Josie! Eat! Be Loved! Stay at home! So happy to hear GC.

Part of me totally wants to go to a sex club, but something tells me the shy, blushy guy would come out more than the pervy horny guy. It would be a curious social experiment. Not like there is a chance of it happening anytime soon. Either way, sorry Meara it wasn't more fun for you. Nothing worse than great expectations being a total let down.

OMG so tired. Tired enough to type OMG.
OMG! KT was up that late?!? That never happens.
Have you all switched to DST now?
Ha. I was about to go to bed, saw it only 1:15. Picked up a magazine and started reading. Looked up to see it 3:05 and was like "holy shit am I reading slow!". Head to bed to see the clocks say 2:05, and remembered the time switch (living room cable box did it automatically).

ION, I have an unexpected day off today. Woot! Yipee. Now I have no excuse to NOT get my tax info together. Dang.
