[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Delete that post right now Hil before Joe sees it and breaks into your house. I'm not even kidding.

That is probably a serious risk.

Stephanie, if I knew where my sleepiness was, I'd send some to you. Unfortunately I seem to be spending hours in stage one sleep, and not getting anything deeper.

Trust my rage

I've just spent several minutes trying to find an HR Block office near me. PR is currently plastered with their signs. I go to their website which says they have over 40 offices here but nothing shows up on the locater when I search. (I suspect this is because the locater is for "domestic" offices and they consider us foreign.) I check the foreign page - it lists PR but the link goes nowhere. I try to contact customer support but that form keeps having errors and there's no PR option anyway. Finally, I find a phone number which lists an office. Still, that's way too much work for a customer to have to do!

Now, back to trying to sleep.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I've just discovered that there are a whole bunch of videos on youtube of scenes from Newsies set to songs from Rent and vice versa. I'm kinda puzzled. For the most part, they're not vids in the usual sense that I think of them -- it's not different clips spliced together. It's just, Rent music over an entire scene from Newsies, or Newsies music over an entire scene from Rent.

Heh. So how's that grading coming? (insert sly winky emoticon here)

I have slogged through five comments and need to go to bed. Night!

snerk. Grading will be done tomorrow. Or Friday. Or over the weekend, maybe.
