That's great, Hil!
So "Eat a muffin, whitey" even applies to coffee?
'Harm's Way'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

YAY HIL!!!
So "Eat a muffin, whitey" even applies to coffee?
I believe Denis Leary covered this in Lock 'n' Load:
Did I miss a fucking meeting with the coffee? You can get every other flavor except COFFEE FLAVORED COFFEE! They got mochaccino, they've got chococcino, frapaccino, capaccino, rapaccino, Al Pacino, WHAT THE FUCK!
IIRC, "eat a muffin, whitey" originally applied to coffee -- it's not about whitey liking muffins, but about whitey liking muffins so very much that whitey wants to make everything else taste just like a muffin.
Yay Hil!
Kitty~ma to Byron. We just visited Jo and she seems to be doing better. We got her to eat both times we visited and she purrs and is really happy to see us. I think they are all good signs.
ETA: You are welcome to come hang with us anytime, Miss Kristin!
Thanks, guys. This reminds me that I really need to update my CV -- I've been horrible about keeping it current, and it's impossible to try to remember things like the dates and topics of talks I gave years ago. Also need to decide what to do with my cash prize, once I find out how much it is.
Way to go, Hil! Impressive.
kitty ma~~~~towards the kristin direction
now, I thought that was about blueberry bagels.
now, I thought that was about blueberry bagels.
Now that you mention it, it may have been -- it mostly sticks in my mind as a general point about the blueberriness of everything, so I could easily have forgotten the specific trigger.
Is "blueberry" losing all meaning for anyone else?
