Spike's Bitches 39: Cuppa Tea, Cuppa Tea, Almost Got Shagged, Cuppa Tea...

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Born 1956 and played duck, duck, goose in Milawaukee.

Those older folks who hadn't heard of it? Obviously aliens trying to pass.

Born in 1957 and it was a huge favorite in kindergarten.

Of course if you go back much before 1950 in Minnesota, it would have to be “Dukke, dukke, gås”

Current discussion in the honors lounge?

Who was the wisest character on Winnie the Pooh? While I approve of this discussion, it's not helping me finish my journal entry.

Our wings are not tired.

a couple power plants on the other side of the state went off line

I'd say. We only had a momentary outage, but most of Miami and Fort Lauderdale were out for an hour. Millions and millions of folks without power. We haven't had any stormy stuff, but I am very much looking forward to cooling off for a couple days. It was over 90 a couple times in the last few days. Craziness!

Happy Birthday to Gadget Girl

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Who was the wisest character on Winnie the Pooh?

Pointless discussion.

It was obviously Eeyore.

Just call me "Siouxsie Shunshine".

Thank you, Gloomcookie, Ginger and Laura!

Ginger, so glad you didn't sustain any damage in the tornado. It's true they sound like trains. I doubt my dog would wake up, though. She's napping right now! Darn her for being so cute...

Who was the wisest character on Winnie the Pooh?

Without a doubt it was Eeyore.

One of the guys was arguing it was Owl. I pointed out that was too obvious.

Our wings are not tired

Happy Birthday GG.

The schedule is crazy making and right now I'm being buggered by The Mouse, but it's a cool project and a show that's going to look and sound really good when we are done.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Isn't the point of Owl that he sounds wise, but is not actually wise? I think Christopher Robin is the wisest Pooh character.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Am I right in thinking that your DH works for the utility in question, GG?
